Coordinating, managing, and supporting key tasks in the post-production process including video captions and translations, approvals and review chains, stock footage and music licensing, creating delivery docs, distributing assets and elements to video team members, final QC and delivery, and post delivery administrative work such as completion reports • Build and maintain post-production workflow processes in Asana, ensuring efficient collaboration between all stages of production and internal alignment within the video team • Develop post-production schedules using key dates and deadlines to ensure timely delivery and manage client expectations • Organize and manage footage, graphics, final deliverables, and other assets on Dropbox, LucidLink, Frame.io, and Photoshelter • Edit and assistant edit videos and branded content including DTCs, explainers, and social video series from organizing and syncing footage, cutting to music and captioning for accessibility, to exporting final deliverables • Support Senior Editor with archival media management: organize assets on servers and create post delivery archival workflows
